We are looking for a dedicated Machine Setter / Machine Operator (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. With your technical expertise and sense of responsibility, you will contribute to the success of our production operations.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• One-shift or two-shift operation

Your Profile:

• Completed technical vocational training with a recognized qualification, e.g. as a mechanic, machine repair technician, or in a comparable technical profession
• Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Independent, responsible, and careful way of working
• Technical understanding and manual skills
• Basic knowledge of NJ is an advantage

 
Your Responsibilities:

• Independent setup of assigned machines for the start of serial production
• Operation and monitoring of machines during the production process
• Ensuring a smooth production flow from machine setup through serial production
• Performing and documenting required quality inspections and control checks
• Identifying and resolving minor machine issues and supporting process optimization
• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and work instructions

 
What We Offer:
• Salary: Gross monthly salary of CZK 35,000 to CZK 45,000
• Signing Bonus: CZK 5,000 after successful completion of the probation period (3 months) and an additional CZK 5,000 after one year of employment and extension to a permanent contract
